Can I choose an exact delivery time for my order?

We can provide you with a 1 hour window. 

Last order for same day delivery has to be called in by 1PM no same day delivery on Sundays.

What time is the last delivery?

The last delivery is at 4 pm

Do you do same day delivery Sunday?

Normally no, but call for more info

Can I add specific balloons from other arrangements you sell to an existing bouquet?

Yes, All custom orders must be placed over the phone with a sales associate.

How far in advance should I place my order?

For best service please give us at least 2 days to create your bouquet. We offer same day delivery (extra charges may apply)

What is your substitution policy?

If you place your order with at least 2 days in advance, additions will always be accommodated. Complete changes of design on any bouquet will have to be approved and additional charge may be incurred.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes. Refer to the delivery info for rates.

There is an additional surcharge for early deliveries before 9 am, for late deliveries after 5 pm, or for deliveries beyond local delivery zones or emergency same day orders.

Can my bouquet be personalized?

Yes. Please call us @ 424-256-6811 let us help you create your dream bouquet.

How long do the balloon bouquets last?

Generally balloon bouquets last for 24 hours/1 day.

Are your balloons on strings?

Yes. They are usually 6 feet.

Can I have my balloons delivered a day before my event?

Yes, but latex balloons will have to be treated with Hi-Float at 50 cents per balloon. Mylar will be fine overnight.

Will table centerpieces obstruct the view of the person across from me?

No. They are designed for socializing and will float above eye-level.

Can you come visit the event location?

Do you accept credit cards?

Yes.

When will my balloons arrive?

Your balloons will arrive within the 2 hour window provided, if traffic will allow. Sometimes we can deliver early depending on traffic.

Can you deliver to hospitals?

Yes. Some hospitals accept only Mylar balloons, some hospitals do not accept balloons and deliveries must be completed by 3 pm.

Do you deliver the same day?

Yes, some same day are available in the Los Angeles Area.

What is Hi-Float?

Hi-Float is a liquid sealant, used to coat the interior surface of latex balloons and reduces the speed at which helium escapes. This allows for balloons to last up to 48 hours.

Hi-Float is non-toxic and water soluble.
